Simple blueberry & cinnamon protein pancakes
The perfect post-workout meal, top these protein pancakes with your toppings of choice for an impressive breakfast treat.

Ingredients:
1/8 tsp cinnamon
30g vanilla protein powder
1 banana
1 egg
25g oats
Toppings: blueberries, greek yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup
Directions:
Blitz everything together in a blender and pan fry on a medium heat in coconut for around 2 minutes on each side or until you see bubbles start to appear on the surface of the pancake.
Top with toppings of choice!
